Stratex Customer Solutions Pty Ltd ("Stratex", "we", "us") provides workforce and care-management software for disability and community services organisations. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the Stratex web application and related services.

We may collect account details (name, email, role), organisation affiliation, usage and audit logs, device notification tokens if you opt in to push alerts, and content you enter into the platform such as participant, employee, and roster records. Authentication is handled through Amazon Cognito; we do not store your password in plain text.
How we use information
We use personal information to authenticate users, operate and improve the service, enforce access controls, provide support, meet legal and contractual obligations, and send service-related notifications you have agreed to receive.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with infrastructure providers (for example cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, and error monitoring) strictly to operate the service, with your employing or contracting organisation that administers your account, or where required by law.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, role-based access, and audit logging. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, or as directed by your organisation.
Your choices and rights
You may manage browser notification permissions in your device settings. Access, correction, or deletion requests relating to your employment or client records should generally be directed to your organisation's administrator.
